In Bengaluru, the spotlight expanded to women from technology, pharma, manufacturing, and FMCG industries - each story echoing the same message: that behind every bold decision, every innovation, and every milestone, there are women quietly driving change. After igniting a wave of recognition and solidarity in Mumbai and sparking wonderful conversations in Bengaluru, Share The Spotlight by Storyboard18 now moves to the capital.

Set to take place on June 6 in New Delhi, the heartfelt initiative from Network18 is all geared up to spotlight stories of resilience, brilliance, and quiet revolutions led by women across industries.

Launched as a celebration of women who are often the force behind brand breakthroughs, business growth, and cultural shift, Share The Spotlight has grown into an empowering movement. From CXOs to athletes, brand builders to homemakers, the platform recognizes that leadership and impact come in many forms — and it's time they're acknowledged in the mainstream narrative.

From Mumbai to Bengaluru – The journey so far

In Mumbai, the movement kicked off with an atmosphere charged with admiration and mutual upliftment. Business heads and media personalities paid tribute to the women behind their success - an exercise in acknowledgment that turned into a powerful chain reaction of gratitude and empowerment.

Delhi Chapter

Now, in Delhi — the epicentre of power and policy — Share The Spotlight promises another poignant chapter. With participation from top business, brand, and creative leaders, the event will once again challenge the traditional narratives of recognition and success by celebrating unsung contributors.

Star line-up from previous editions

Over the course of its editions, the initiative has seen participation from a wide array of luminaries, including Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Executive Chairperson & Founder, Biocon; Neelu Khatri, Co-founder & SVP International, Akasa Air; Ali Harris Shere, COO, ITC Foods; Veda Krishnamurthy, Indian Cricketer; Sumit Virmani, Global CMO, Infosys; Suparna Mitra, CEO – Watches & Wearables, Titan; Malathi Krishnamurthy Holla, Para-athlete and Padma Shri Awardee; and Vikram Damodaran, Chief Innovation Officer, Diageo India, among many others.

These leaders and many more have shared deeply personal and inspiring anecdotes about the women in their lives who have led by example, often without fanfare.

Backed by Network18 Group, Share The Spotlight enjoys a robust amplification network with extensive coverage across marquee brands like CNBC-TV18, Moneycontrol, and Forbes India. This ensures the stories told on this stage are heard across boardrooms, living rooms, and digital feeds nationwide.

At its core, Share The Spotlight is built on a simple, powerful belief: recognition should not be reserved for the loudest voices. Sometimes, a small act of acknowledgment can ignite a lifetime of confidence and ambition.

Join us on June 6 in New Delhi as we continue this journey of recognition, resilience, and rising together. Because when leaders share their spotlight, entire communities shine brighter.
